Peer Review Process
Submissions to the AKKADICA JOURNAL passes through a double-blind peer-review process. The criteria for publication in AKKADICA JOURNAL are as follows:
The study presents the results of primary scholarly research.
Results reported have not been published elsewhere. Experiments, statistics, and other analyses are performed to a high technical standard and are described in sufficient detail.
Conclusions are presented in an appropriate fashion and are supported by the data.
The article is presented in an intelligible fashion and is written in standard English
Article Types
AKKADICA JOURNAL welcomes submissions of the following article types:
- Research Papers: articles of unlimited length that report new research.
- Topical Reviews: articles presenting a snapshot of recent progress in a particular field.
- Technical Notes: brief, methods-based articles of a more technical nature, which make a useful and novel addition to the literature.
- Tutorials: background knowledge for an audience unfamiliar with the subject. Aimed at early career researchers or more experienced researchers moving into a new field, tutorials give an introduction to the topic and are more didactic than a review article.
